You have the option of taking three of the following:

1. A free mine that provides 50 gold per week, or a free node that provides 50 of one type of mana per week.
2. 1 free level for all of your characters in your party (including your leader).
3. 300 XP for all of your characters (leader, party, and garrisons)
4. 3 free levels for any one unit in your party (not your leader)
5. 1000 gold and 100 Mana for any three different mana types
6. Either a Ring of Strength, a Skull Bracers, a Banner of Quickness, or a Tome of Wisdom (you can only select one)
