Though Temperance clearly shows its Imperial origins, the elves have made the city their own. Fueled by glade magic, a massive sacred oak sprouts from the center of the city, while elven homes and armaments sprout from the glistening white walls like new growth in an ancient forest. Unfortunately, the capitol is not without its problems, while the noble elves flourish in the city, the wild elves still see the capitol as an affront to their nature.
The city also sees all outsiders as enemies and gives little leniency to travelers. However Queen Illumielle is trying to take steps toward fixing the breaches in trust that her race enacted against the Holy Empire and the Clans. But this goodwill, will only go so far

All Alliance, Empire and Clan characters can travel to Temperance. Alliance characters only one real-time day for travel. Legion and Undead characters require the location before they can travel to Temperance. All non-Alliance characters require three real-time days to travel, however for each skill in Forestwalk and Pathfinding reduces the travel by one real-time day per skill.
