High Annullia is one of the centers of elven society. The forest city is more of a cultural center than a military city, focusing on the growth of the worship of Gallean. However since the Alliance’s capture of Temperance, many of the noble elves have fled from the city as it has become a haven for those entranced in the wilder persona of their nature, and the city is awash with frolic and danger. Though the city is still considered under Illumielle’s reign, most recognize the bandit Horitean as its lord, as little is allowed in the branches of Annullia without his approval. The city is a dangerous place for other races, though it still accepts the presence of thieves, black marketers, and assassins.

In order to locate High Annullia, your leader must have a map. It lies on the eastern side of the Merchant Sea in the middle of the Alliance Forests.
